But you can change the brightness on a DS Lite, just not the old one.

The old one was sort of funny because the backlight was either on...or off Yoshi{} but the new one is only allowed to be changed on the main title screen when u turn it on.Sam}

That's the only sad pity about the DS Lite. What I really dislike though is how when you change options/Pictochat and quit, the system has to be shut down. Can't consoles go back on themselves or something?

it seems to be every time i do something that requires processing data onm a new screen other than the game screen, the system shuts down like;when i accidently tap configure wifi settings and it takes me there, when i click back, it shuts down or like u sed, pictochat/options

There are ways to organize it.
Like setting page alignment to "Just Fit"

The DS one should go quicker than the PSP one vbecause it comes with a *2MB* Ram upgrade for the GBA slot. I don't know if it's 2 MB, but it is def. a speeder-upper utility.

Yep, a good gamer and an intelligent member here as well. But back to the topic, the only other flaw of the DS is how it could not play older Gameboy games, because if it could play those it would be perfect.

You need to get the right version, so don't go buying a Browser with a DS Lite pictured if you own the old DS.
