I was stuck on the last bowser castle and couldn't get to the end when I had like 80 lives. So I quit. (|:}) (|:})
Anyone ever beat it?

Certainly did, and by the way, that was Wario's Castle, not Bowsers.

oh... it was a long time...
you can't tell me that wasn't the hardest castle you've ever one though.

Possibly Tatanga's in Super Mario Land was more difficult, and any secret levels in Yoshi's Island DS (some which may be castles) were more difficult.

i thought it was the best mario game though:)
I liked the bosses and the part where you're climbing up a big ledge of bottles and cheese and the mice attack you:):):)

You mean the level with the mouse/rat boss? There were some interesting bosses there though, such as Tatanga (alien), That mouse, Three Little Pigs (seriously, that's what they were called), that octopus (who said Gooper Blooper and King Calamari were the first Blooper bosses?) and of course, the anti hero Wario.

The irony is, the easy bosses were pretty difficult for Mario boss standards.

Okay... still, the Gameboy Colour fails compared to the DS now.

I beat SML2 aaaaaaaages ago... probably... late 90s(?), and I was like...
This is sooo hard, surely I deserve some kind of reward... and... the credits show... etc... blah-de-blah... and at the end of all that hard but challenging 'work'... I got...
To play as Luigi? No...
A new 'Hard' mode? No...
A secret 'Lost Levels' kind of thing? No...
Anything at all? ..... No...
I got... the... awesome reward of .... holding a Game Boy with a grey square-ish 4-megabit (256-kilobyte) cartridge inserted into the cartridge slot with some nice graphics saying 'Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins'... pfft... what a rip off... now, all you have to do is press a few buttons and... OMG... Game Cleared!! <_<

you didn't like it... i thought it was the best mario game ever.

Yep, but then again, when have Mario games really given you rewards for beating them?
Symerwizkid22
5th April 2007, 10:58 PM
i personally don't care about rewards... but i know a lot of people do.

Which is a pity, as not many old games rewarded you either, hell oldest games did not actually end!

Don't worry about it. And for the information, Wario Land Super Mario Land 3 is so much better than Super Mario Land 2.
