Should Bowser have his own game?

There have been a lot of ideas going around online about this, but should Bowser be given his own game where he goes either against the Mushroom Kingdom forces or a greater evil? This is based on how he is playable in Paper Mario 2 and Super Paper Mario.

I personally think he should have, since all these characters do:


Mario- All games
Luigi- Luigi's Mansion and Mario is Missing
Peach- Super Princess Peach
Wario- Wario Land, World, Master of Disguise and Warioware
Yoshi- Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Story, Yoshi Topsy Turvy and Yoshi Touch and Go
Toad- Wario's Woods

Most of the enemies such as Dry Bones, Koopa and King Boo in Mario Kart, and Hammer Bro and Blooper in Mario Party 8.

This will be the story: Mario and Luigi were fixing pipes in the sewers and all of a sudden, someone broke the pipes from a different pipe that is connected Mushroom Kingdom and the whole place got flooded. Bowser`s Castle got the wrote of it. His whole castle is wet. Bowser want to find out who did it and he doesn`t want Mario to get in the way. The pipes turn into enemies and they can shoot fire, ice, water, and thunder. Wart put a spell on them. Got a better story?

Yeah, that was a complex story. Still, the only real remaining I guess characters that would want Bowser attacked would be:

A- Wart

B- Smithy

sounds like i really need a wii and super paper mario when it comes out.
i saw the trailer and saw that you can like go betweem the "classic mario" and a behind the back view.
