So what is so good about this new super smash bros brawl you say, Super Smash bros. Brawl is the inter-dimensional collaboration of all the games you like.
Mario Characters, Legend of Zelda Characters,Samus ,Earthbound Characters, Kirby characters, Fire Emblem Characters, Donkey Kong Characters, Starfox Characters, Sonic and Snake.
If you haven't figured that it's the best yet keep reading. If you are looking for a game with endless possibilities look no further. From the Adventure mode which has the potential to take days, to the coin launcher this games got it all. Classic Mode, Improved training capabilities, More Trophies to collect, Challenges, Group/Special/Team Brawls improved, Stage builder, IN-GAME screen shot capabilities, New level of difficulty, Understandable Handicaps, New Stages like never seen before, Unlockables up the wazoo and many more.
So now you're thinking okay this games sounding cool but I'm not quite convinced as to "why" this game is so awesome. In that case read here. For those of you new entirely new to this game never read the site, there are four ways to control:
Gamecube: Same controls as Melee it's for those of you who are comfortable with the way you learned to play.
Wii Remote+Nunchuk: Puts an interesting twist on brawl with a new hand layout.
Wii Remote: Keeps you entire button set in a nice rectangular package nice
Classic Controler: Well What can you say there are those of us who like the way video games were once controlled and isn't willing to change. Here you are, the classic controller give yourself the feeling of controlling a old time game with new time graphics.
Speaking about graphics this game has some of the best yet! Individual tiny marks are made EXACTLY like what they should be and then improved. As proven by many things. Take these direct Screen shots from nintendo:

Also these stickers you may have heard about. Remember me saying you'd never run out of things to do? 0_0 there are OVER 900 stickers to collect all different. If that doesn't keep you playing for a while I don't know what will. These Stickers as well can then be used for characters in the Adventure mode to power up multiple things like Leg Attack, Arm Attack, Electric Attack, Flinch Resistance and more.
So the assist trophies. Bummed one of you're favorite characters from a different game isn't in or maybe there isn't ANY characters from you're favorite game? Although that isn't likely, leave it to Nintendo to keep these fans in mind there are almost as many assist trophies as there are normal characters. Ranging from Shadow the Hedgehog to Isaac From Golden sun.
Many a character is revived in the assist trophies, N.E.S characters brought back additional third party characters showing up, a truly great idea. Take for instance Little Mac, yes that's right that far back Little Mac from Mike Tyson's Punch-out, he comes back in this game with a with a whole new appearance. 3-D.
So what are these "Final Smashes" we've heard about? For almost any character in this game you can think of an awesome move for them but then you tell yourself "Nah, that'd be WAY too cheap." Nintendo though that too but then they said "Wait, What if we made an item you had to break to get this super move?" Well now we have final smashes including but not limited to:
Pikachu-Volt Tackle
Ike-Great Aether
Sonic-Super Sonic
Fox-Landmaster
Ness- PK Starstorm
Meta Knight-Galaxia Darkness
Kirby-Cook Kirby
Marth-Critical Hit
and many more but i'll save the effects for you to find out.
So when you look at what I've said sounds great doesn't it? This game at least in my opinion is worth the buy you won't regret it the only thing I think you'd regret would be renting this game is a game to own.
