Popular first party Nintendo game you are looking forward to/like most?

Paper mario looks good, but alas I don't have a Wii yet.

Me neither, and it is worse I don't know when many of these games will be released in Europe...

Super Paper Mario had been released in the USA. I don`t have a Wii either. I always been getting new systems late. I got the Gamecube in 2004.

When Super Paper Mario comes out in the UK

Whether you can play US games on a UK console.

Why it takes a long time for Europe to get the game?

Not sure, especially when there is no translation required from English to English. Who knows about the others, just why can't Nintendo just sell a different version with only German, another with only French, another with only Italian... etc as the language?
