apparently the snaking vs non snaking debate has started since the birth of mario kart ds. it is 2 years later and people STILL whine about it. will this be a controversial topic where there is no wrong side?

There is a really easy solution to all this. A device that means people can be universally ignored on and offline, meaning they stop arguing their ideas because no one can hear/see/perceive them to even think of responding. And way more pacifist than Astr0's idea...

That why I say the best punishment on earth would be total ignoring of that's person's existance, just walking through them like they are not there, not listening to them... etc and such. This would then drive them manically depressed, and would also stop many crimes and arguments, because so many are based on seeking public attention.
