So here I am in 7th period chillin', he walks by and a try to trip him. He stumbles. I turn back around and he whacks me in the back of the head with a notebook. The teacher catches Sean, being a jackass he is tells the teacher what I did.

I was ordered outside of the class room, she then tells me the basics (AKA Why I did it.) After saying it was for fun she went and got an officer (the one that roams the halls) and tell her what I did. Being a jackass the teacher and officer are tell me that it was assult and battery.

They then say I could go to jail if his head "busted". I got hit 8 times in the head last year by a big dude, I was fine. So WHY didn't my head bust? THe skull is very strong. They then insult me some. The teacher goes back into the room to talk to Mr. Jackass the First.

Then I just stand there outside the room against the wall.
I get tripped up all the time and THEY don't get in trouble at all. The teachers fail. My guess I have I.S.S. (In School Suspension) or A.S.S. (After School Suspension).
I mean I stabbed him with a stainless steel pen once because he wouldn't shut up about me, then he goes bezerk and stabs my arm 6 times with a pencil. Lead is in it. I could have DIED, why? Lead kills, also a scab is only a few inches away from the marks I STILL have. He doesn't get in trouble because I let it go. I am a chilled out guy, he's a wuss. Period.
I get to talk to the principal, which I can bring my case into action and not get I.S.S. or A.S.S.

I have many problems with this.
1. Pencils don't have lead.
2. Yes you did try to trip him. He could have fallen and cracked his head open. The human hand is lessser of a force than being slammed against solid concrete.
3. It doesn't matter what you think you did to him last year.
4. You are extremely arrogant.

No you aren't if you tried to provoke a fight for no reason.
6. Stop using this site to for personal attacks.
7. You don't STAB people with STEEL pen at all just because he called you something.

meh, see if I were in his position you'd have a black eye for tripping me.
Anyhow i don't think tripping someone is a reason to go see the principal, they're being a bit extreme. But you did trip em, and you got caught so face the consequences....plus you could always trip em later.Posted 6th November 2009 at 05:03 AM by Porkman

Yeah yeah, he wasn't here last year, I saved him from embarresment and here he comes blaming me for doing something wrong.
I may have overreacted. So I ask for forgiveness.
