| Mario Games As you know, there have been plenty of good DS games starring Mario since it has been released, including New Super Mario Bros, Mario and Luigi Partners in Time, Mario Basketball and the like. This also counts Wario games (both Land and Ware) as well as Yoshi games and Super Princess Peach. |

New Super Mario Bros Wii definitely is bringing back the enemies!
Some of the interesting ones I've seen from the official site screenshots:
Fire Chomps (Super Mario Bros 3) Fire Snakes (Super Mario Bros 3) Spinies (Super Mario Bros) Pokeys (Super Mario Bros 2) Jumping Cheep Cheeps (Super Mario Bros 3) Crabs (look like those from Wario Land 1) Ptooies (things that shoot balls of spikes upwards, piranha plant variants) (Super Mario Bros 3) Wigglers (Super Mario World) Puffer Fish (Super Mario World) Swoopers (Super Mario World) Skeleton Fish (now with glowing eyes of doom!) (Super Mario World) Bloopers (Super Mario Bros 1) Urchins (Super Mario World) Lakitus (Super Mario Bros 1) GIANT Fire Snakes (New Super Mario Bros Wii) All we need now are Chargin' Chucks and Fishin' Boo, and we've got a complete enemy set from the first four or five Mario games.... I forgot to mention Mecha Koopas. I haven't however seen pictures or screenshots of the statues, Mr Blizzards (snowmen) or Ka-bombs though, and while Mario Wiki mentions them (and not some I've noticed), it doesn't give a reference/cite.
