The DS Ultimate administrative team does not take any responsibility of computer freezes, crashes of malfunctions which occur from using any part of this site or any files on the site. All files have been proven safe and checked to be free of any viruses including Trojans, Adware, Spyware and malicious scripts.

This site is not affiliate, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo. All exploits and tricks on this site to be used at own risk. If your game gets somehow corrupted or wrecked by Action Replay codes by a 0.0001% chance, you should have read the manual for the device. Saved data that is corrupted or deleted by any means, deliberate or unintentional is not retrievable unless purposely made to disappear by certain glitch in some old game I forgot the name of. Anything posted on the forums by non administrator members is fan opinion or research, and while most is true, there are certain members on any forum who are too keen about hoaxes and trickery. And spreading rumours. Live with it.
This website is non profit. As of now. All staff, including moderation team are volunteers. Although we do not take donations at this time, if we do, donating does not grant your ownership of any part of the site. While most suggestions are fulfilled, donating would not let you make demands to staff for things.
