Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box
The second game in the Professor Layton series. It was called Professor Layton and the Demon's Box in Japan, and has sequels in Professor Layton and the Last Time Travel (currently only released in Japan) and Professor Layton and the Devil's Flute (both Japanese titles, and there are one or two more games to come).

A third game in an excellent RPG series that started back on the GBA.

Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympics
You probably know what to expect by now, it's basically the winter olympics equivalent to Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games.
The Legendary Starfy
The first game from a formerly Japan exclusive series to be released worldwide, this is a strange platform/adventure game starring a yellow starfish. It had a sort of crossover with Wario Land 4 in the past too.
Picross 3D
Considering Picross is a puzzle game that has to revealing patterns by tapping squares, I haven't a clue how this would work in 3D. Oh well, Nintendo announced such a game anyway.
