Communist Mario

Aka, coins, 1 up mushrooms, silver stars, red coins, etc kill Mario outright instantly and drain away all his lives, causing an instant game over. This is loosely based on a certain level in a Mario World hack Raocow played, where Mario would die instantly if he got any points.

I Wanna Be The Mario

Named after the infamously hard platform game, this code makes Mario have at max 1 health, and 1 life, and he can never get more. Water, hearts, coins and finishing levels don't heal Mario. Enemies and obstacles can kill him in one hit. One up mushrooms kill Mario. This is true platform hell, and trust me, harder levels will become brutally unforgiving.

From myself and mariowings77, here's a few challenges for the total platform hell insanity and I Wanna Be the Mario codes to make your game playing life complete and utter Kaizo style hell.

1. Collect over 100 coins in Lethal Lava Land (I Wanna Be the Mario only)
2. Scale Tall Tall Mountain and get the star
3. Beat all three Bowser levels and defeat Bowser all three times.
4. Kill every Boo in Big Boo's Haunt
5. Reach the top of the volcano interior in Lethal Lava Land
6. Reach the top of the pyramid interior in Shifting Sand Land
7. Scale the giant snowman in Snowman's Land
8. Complete all the slides (Secret, Ice and Mountain slides)
