Green Caps are all the rage now. I see them everywhere! In fact, I think I just saw one!

Red Coin Map Pink Bob-omb Locations

Bob-omb Battlefield- Right after the pink bob-ombs at the start and past two signs. Before the goombas and the bridge.

Whomp's Fortress- Right near the tree where the owl comes from at the start of the level.

Jolly Roger Bay- On the final rocky outcrop with five coins before the floating ship.

Cool Cool Mountain- Near a red coin to the left of the bodyless snowman (if you were to be facing the snowman).

Big Boo's Haunt- I actually forgot. How ironic.

Edit: Actually, in the corner of the room with the bridge that breaks when you run across it...

Hazy Maze Cave- On the green ledge near the elevator with four directional buttons.

Lethal Lava Land- End of the platform you start on.

Shifting Sand Land- On top of the stone strucure with the red block and the shell box.

Dire Dire Docks- By the ramp into the water in the second area and to the right of the ? switch (assuming you are facing the wall and red mesh).

Snowman's Land- Go to the right from where you enter the igloo. Most pointless Bob-omb in the freaking game.

Wet-Dry World- On a red platform right by the platform with the water level changer which makes it rise in Downtown.

Tall Tall Mountain- Just past the waterfall, before the two large holes in the ground.

Tiny Huge Island- Right near the entrance, right by the first red coin in the cave.

Tick Tock Clock- Between the blue star on the ground and the set of seesaws.

Rainbow Ride- On the first platform in the level, right by where you start. And guess what? Because the red coins are in a a maze, in one place and up about three stories, the map diagram looks totally useless anyway...

Tower of the Wing Cap- On the central stone tower. Yeah, and by talking to him... you've totally failed to collect the red coins and have to start the level over.

Vanish Cap Under the Moat- By the yellow box to the left of the moving platforms and seesaw.

Goomboss Battle- Near the red mesh with the coin behind it and near some goombas.

Big Boo Battle- Right near the door in the room with the moving platforms.

Metal Cap Cavern- In the alcove in the wall with two red coins.

Over the Rainbows- On a floating island with just a cannon on the island.

Bowser in the Dark World- On top of the second overhanging ledge above some see saws with a 1 up mushroom.

Bowser in the Fire Sea- Right near a yellow block just past a rising platform with a pole.

Bowser in the Sky- After the slope that becomes steps when you hit a switch.

Cannon Operating Pink Bob-omb Locations

Bob-omb Battlefield- Right by the start, near the cannon.

Whomp's Fortress- Right by the only cannon in the level, by a grey slope and another slope leading to a blue coin switch.

Jolly Roger Bay- On a rocky ledge near a red block.

Cool Cool Mountain- On a floating island near the area at the bottom with the penguins and frozen pond.

Shifting Sand Land- By the oasis with the palm trees near the Tox Box area.

Snowman's Land- In the igloo.

Wet-Dry World- On a ledge near a Wario cap wearing goomba and a switch to raise the water to it's second highest level (highest level only reachable by jumping high into the painting).

Tall Tall Mountain- On a rocky ledge near the area with the Fly Guy, river and monkey.

Tiny Huge Island- Right by the tiny cannon on the small island.

Rainbow Ride- On the top level of the red coin maze.

Over the Rainbows- On the lowest island with a tree and a cannon.

In conclusion though, the red coin mapping ones are pretty much totally useless and the others are more vital to open the cannons. These ones of course have no real use:

The main room of Big Boo's Haunt. Why do I end up thinking this guy is the one that gives you red coin locations? Oh yeah, because it would have made more sense.
