Since a few people might find it useful, here are the karts/bikes each expert staff ghost used. A total of each is at the bottom as well.

Mach Bike was used for three tracks.

Bowser Bike was used for two tracks.

Flame Flyer was used for four tracks.

Concerto was used for three tracks.

Torpedo was used for two tracks.

Bullet Bike was used for two tracks.

Blue Falcon was used for two tracks.

Nitro Cycle was used for three tracks.

Unused Karts/Bikes

Normal kart/bike in any weight class.

Quacker, Baby Booster and Cheep Charger for Lightweights were not used.

Nostalgia 1, Rapide and Royal Racer were not used for Middleweight characters.

Offroader, Phantom and Twinke Star for Heavyweights were not used.

No Miis were used for records.

Other Facts and Statistics

11 records were done with heavy characters and karts.

10 records were done with light characters and karts.

11 records were done with medium characters and karts.

Hence Nintendo made sure roughly an even number of each weight class of karts and characters were used for these records.

18 tracks were done with characters who the tracks were named after in some form.

6 more were completed with characters with a similar theme to the track.
