Astr0 is a global community leader who is a current member at DS Ultimate, and who was one of the first members to join both the new and original community. He's a Mario Kart time trial player, someone who has had multiple world records in the past and a member that knew cheat-master30 from the Mario Kart Players Page.
Time at Original DS Ultimate
Astr0 was on of the first ever members at the original DS Ultimate community, and he was later made an administrator of the forum, along with Caprontos and Lonestar. He was at this time mainly talking about Mario Kart DS and the series, and found a few glitches back then.
As a Modern Moderator
Later in January of 2007, he joined the modern DS Ultimate. He was soon made a Global Community Leader, and it seemed to be back to how it was at the Invisionfree forum, however...
As time drew on, his activity got quite a bit lower, and he eventually decided to step down as moderator. This lasted until quite recently, when after finding he hadn't quite been demoted yet, he decided to become staff again, with the reason given that he has more free time. He sometimes posts on DS Ultimate nowadays.
