NintenDan's Everyday Avatar
NintenDan is a global community leader and lead art designer at DS Ultimate. He is also, as you can likely guess from his signatures and avatar, one of the biggest Shy Guy fans ever, and the resident Graphic Designer (This includes smilies and buttons) of DS Ultimate. He is also know for making somewhat odd posts, but no one dislikes him.

NintenDan's Work
Although NintenDan has designed a lot of things for the site, the biggest role he had was designing nearly every forum button, original category icons and about half the smilies. These are currently used and loved by most.
He designed these banners as well Default(new and original), Halloween, and Christmas. He has also made the member cards some of the DS Ultimate members have in their signatures.
Another major thing he made for DS Ultimate was the Super Mario Bros. 3 Scene Editor, which allowed a user to create their own SMB 3 Scenes with sprites of nearly everything in the game.
He also wrote various articles and what not which were somewhat popular. But only somewhat.
The DS Ultimate Anniversary Videos

To boot, he also created the award video for DS Ultimate, one which commemorated the site's community and loyal members. Inside the first video he made (The One Year Anniversary Video), you can see speeches by Nintendo characters (Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Fox, Kirby, Pikachu and Samus) relating to the site on a background of classic Nintendo music, and the general graphic style of Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga. There were 8 sections, these being:

- Entire Member List (at the time, of course)
- Most Loved Features
He also made The Two Year Anniversary Video as well, which had improved features and the like. It dumped Nintendo characters as hosts and used actual members instead, which was a nice touch. It saw the return of an Awards Sections and the Entire Member List while also introducing a few new sections such as NintenDan's Overview of 2008 at DS Ultimate and even a Hidden Video that he made out of boredom.
The DS Ultimate Game
His current project is the DS Ultimate game, a Four Part series where the staff of the DS Ultimate Forums have to save DS Ultimate from an evil hacker and a bunch of spam bots. Parts One and Two are now complete, with both needing only minor adjustments. Part Three is currently under construction.
Original Membership
NintenDan originally joined the original DS Ultimate forum in October of 2006, and was more so creating comics than designing the images and smilies. He wasn't so much a moderator there as an extremely loyal member.
Current Moderatorship
Currently, NintenDan is an extremely active member of the DS Ultimate forums, and a much loved member of staff. He is also responsible for a good deal of jokes and fads related to various video games, and a current article writer for the site, writing quite lengthy (and funny) editorials about Nintendo for the main area of the site.

- He has an interesting assortment of Shy Guy themed avatars for different holidays.
- His true love for Shy Guys began in the Nintendo 64 days, when he grew a liking to Shy Guy in Mario Tennis (N64)
- Some of the fads NintenDan has made include the "Cheat is Cheese" fad and the "The Truth" topics in the Off-Topic Boards
- NintenDan has (like most people in those Soaps you see on Television) an Evil Twin called NintenDon. NintenDon is member 1008 of DS Ultimate Forums, exactly 1000 more than NintenDan's join date, which is just 8.
